Vandalia’s Dillon Hinton Takes 3rd Place at 150lbs at IHSA 1A Individual Wrestling State Tournament

Vandalia wrestling junior Dillon Hinton beat Holden Brazelton of Tolono Unity by Decision (8-3) in the Third Place match of the 150lb weight class at the IHSA 1A Individual State Tournament at the State Farm Center in Champaign today. Hinton is now a three-time State Medalist with this year’s 3rd place finish joining his 2024 2nd place finish at 138lbs and his 5th place finish in 2023 at 132lbs. Hinton is now at 52-3 on the season.
