Our Pro Wire Athlete of the Week for the week of April 6th is Jenni Mezo of Mulberry Grove.
Unlike most area teams this week, the Mulberry Grove Lady Aces were able to get three games in this week going 2-1. During the week, leadoff hitter and shortstop Jenni Mezo went 6 of 11 at the plate for a .545 batting average while scoring 7 runs and tallying a pair of RBI and stealing four bases. Her best game of the week was a Monday win over Ramsey as she racked up five hits, fours runs scored and 2 RBI.
