The Egyptian Illini Conference has released its Girls Basketball All-Conference Team for the 2023-2024 season. Eleven athletes from the I70Sports.com coverage area have been named to the team with four each from Brownstown-St. Elmo and Cowden-Herrick/Beecher City and three from Ramsey.
