CHBC baseball scored early but then the offense faltered as they suffered a 9-1 loss at Neoga on Thursday. The Bobcats scored their only run in the first inning with two outs as Wyatt Rueff reached base on a walk and then was brought in to score on a RBI single from Hunter Pope as CHBC led 1-0. Neoga scored three runs in the second inning for a 3-1 lead and then pushed that advantage out to 7-1 with a 4-run fourth inning. Two more runs in the sixth inning put Neoga up 9-1 to seal the game.
