The Altamont Lady Indians will meet a familiar opponent tonight when they take on St. Anthony in the Championship game of the Neoga 1A Regional. The fourth-seeded Lady Indians and the top-seeded Lady Bulldogs met up just once this season, in their regular season National Trail Conference game with St. Anthony pulling out a 44-36 win over Altamont. The two teams avoided seeing each other in the NTC Tournament a month later. The Lady Indians enter tonight’s matchup at 13-18 on the season and having knocked off Dieterich 57-54 in overtime on Monday night. St. Anthony comes in at 26-4 and having beat regional host Neoga 67-35 on Monday. Tip-off tonight at Neoga High School is at for 7:00pm with the winner advancing to the Arcola Sectional to face the winner of the Tuscola Regional Championship game between Tuscola and Arcola.
