CHBC boys basketball will be making some longer trips during the Thanksgiving holiday week as they will compete in a different tournament to kick off their 2024-2025 season. The Bobcats have played in the Mulberry Grove Tournament for several years but will make the switch to the larger 13-team Cerro Gordo Tournament this year. The tournament will give the Bobcats a chance to see opponents that they don’t normally see during the season with the exception of Windsor/Stew-Stras who is also in the tournament but is in a different pool. CHBC will play games against Riverton and Argenta Oreana in pool play before moving to the crossover round and then the placing games. The full Cerro Gordo Tournament schedule is below:
