Lady Vandals Tennis competed in conference meet on Friday, at Mt. Vernon this afternoon


The Lady Vandals traveled to Greenville on Friday for the SE Conference Meet.  Carlie Graumenz lost her first match, but then went on to sweep through the singles consolation bracket.  Kaylee Tompkins and Bella Walk came into the meet unseeded, but went on to knock out the the third seed, then the second seed in a match they won in a 10-8 tiebreaker.  In the doubles finals against the top seeded team from Bunker Hill,  Kaylee and Bella came close, but lost 10-8 in a third set tiebreak.  The Vandals go to Mt. Vernon is afternoon for the last team meet of the season.
