Brooke Cowger – Cowger helped lead South Central to their third consecutive 20-win season in a row while leading the strong Lady Cougar hitting attack in kills with 255 and racking up 48 blocks while serving 37 aces with a serve percentage of 93.1%. Cowger was named National Trail Conference First Team All-Conference.
Peyton Osteen – Osteen reached a big career milestone in 2023, surpassing 1,000 career assists with 337 this season while also helping her team out with 88 kills. From the service line, Osteen would have 39 aces on the season and would also total 227 digs on the season. Osteen was named National Trail Conference Second Team All-Conference and will continue her volleyball career at Lincoln Trail Community College.
