The South Central Lady Cougars reached their third consecutive 20-win season in a row in 2023 going 22-13 while improving their record under current Coach Megan Murphree to 93-33 with a .738 win percentage. The Cougars claimed first place in the Silver Flight at the National Trail Conference Tournament and finished fourth in the NTC regular season standings.
