Vandals Junior Wrestler Sophie Bowers has advanced to the State Championship.
Sophie this morning defeated Ava Babbs, 5 to 2, to advance to the State Championship in the Girls Individual State Wrestling tournament. The Grand March will be at 1:45 pm this afternoon at Grossinger Motors Arena at Bloomington. The State Championship matches start at 2 pm, starting at the 120 pound weight class.
