The High School basketball season is underway on the girls side. Practice started around the state for girls High School Basketball on Monday. Some area teams will get their season started on Monday, November 15th. The Greenville Lady Comets will open their season on Monday at 6 pm versus Columbia in the first game of the 11th annual Columbia Girl’s Basketball Tip Off Classic. Brownstown-St. Elmo girls also open their season on November 15th when they will travel to Cumberland and then will play their first home game on November 18th versus Litchfield.
